Beginner to advanced yoga will be provided by a seasoned yoga instructor. The benefits of yoga and mindful meditation - particularly for individuals with PTSD and/or TBI - are immediate. Participants will have the opportunity to
explore these practices and see first-hand how they benefit their individual health and mental wellness.
This ancient practice helps establish balance in our chaotic lives and connects us to our natural surroundings. Additionally, the instructor will provide custom-made journals for each participant and outline the health benefits of daily meditation and subsequent journaling as a stress mitigation and performance enhancement skillset.
