Fly Fishing at ShadowCast Farm

At ShadowCast Farm, we cater to all levels of experience.  Each participant will have an opportunity to learn about the amazing benefits of Fly Fishing through instruction provided by some of the best Fly Fishing guides and practical application here on the 3 resident ponds.

Learning to "Match the Hatch" is the first lesson in Fly Fishing.  Participants will be taught how the unique life cycles of native insects directly impacts the ecosystem that supports fly fishing.  This hands-on experience in nature has therapeutic properties for all! 

Come visit ShadowCast Farm and experience world-class instruction from some of the best fly tiers our there!  Create your own fly and then test it out on the water under the supervision of our seasoned experts.  The precise nature of fly tying makes it an excellent stress relief practice.

Seasonal Fly Fishing available at Shadowcast Farm includes Rainbow Trout (Fall/Winter) and Largemouth Bass, Crappie, and Bluegill (Spring/Summer).  Our cooks regularly include your catch on the menu!
